First, you must be officially accepted to the University to be considered for a learning community. After that, any incoming freshman intending to major in one of the following areas is welcome to apply: Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Geology, Mathematics, Meteorology, and Physics. This is not a residential learning community so living on campus is not a requirement of the program. Log into the Learning Community Application with your NinerNET ID to apply.
First-generation students are strongly encouraged to apply. A first-generation student is someone who is among the first generation of their family to attend a college or university.
Any questions about the application? Contact the LC Coordinator, Dr. Sarah Wells (email@example.com).
